Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a new opportunity to join a forward thinking and ambitious Uk Top 100 law firm in the City of London? We have a great opportunity to lead the Facilities team in our flagship office in the heart of the City.
As our Faciliites Manager you will be leading the facilities operation for this office which will include managing a small team and being responsible for the efficient, effective and economic operaion of the facilities and building management services.
Duties will include:
Supervision of the Facilities team, ensuring adequate staff resource at all times
Supervise the post room on a daily basis ensuring that it is properly resourced at all times, including reprographics support
Responding to court run requests including the issuing of Claim Forms and Application Notices, liaising with Masters and Judges, overseeing deliveries and collections of documents to the Royal Courts of Justice and other Courts where appropriate and all other tasks associated with court work requested by London and our other offices
