  • About the Role

    Are you looking to start a career in law? We are looking for a Legal Administration Assistant to join our Personal Injury team to provide general administrative support on a 6 month fixed term contract.

     

    Duties will include:

     

    • Undertake administrative duties for the department including;
      • Filing
      • Photocopying
      • Copy typing
      • Data entry
      • Audio typing (training will be provided)
      • Archiving
    • Answer telephone calls from clients, take messages and pass messages to relevant individuals within the team
    • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently
    • Ensure that all working processes and practices comply with relevant quality and service standards

    About You

     

    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, A- C including English and Maths
    • An interest in Law is desirable
    • Previous experience within a customer-facing role is desirable
