  • About the Role

    Are you looking to start your career in law? We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Family team to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship in Legal Administration and learn to provide administrative support to the team.


    Duties will include:

    • Undertake administrative duties for the department including;
      • Photocopying
      • Copy typing
      • Data entry
      • Audio typing
      • Filing
      • Archiving
    • Answer telephone calls from clients, take messages and pass messages to relevant individuals within the team
    • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently
    • Ensure that all working processes and practices comply with relevant quality and service standards
    • Complete any work as required by your Assessor and Department Head in order to successfully complete your apprenticeship qualification.

    About You


    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, A- C including English and Maths
    • A Level in Law is highly desirable
    • Previous experience within a customer-facing role is highly desirable

    • Effective Communicator- Clearly conveys information and ideas through the relevant media. Speaks in Plain English.
