  • About the Role

    Reporting to a Senior Marketing Executive and the Head of Marketing Communications, this is a demanding and highly varied, full-time role which covers marketing administration and support for the firm as well as for its six business-focused sector teams, namely Retail; Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT); Health & Social Care; Life Sciences; Real Estate; Financial Services.


    Support for the firm:

    This includes administering and co-ordinating the firm’s:

    • Corporate hospitality (including Bath Rugby)
    • Firm-wide sponsorships (including the FT Oxford Literary Festival and The Ashmolean)
    • Client satisfaction surveys
    • Social media support
    • Firm-wide events (including attendance, often outside of normal office hours)
    • Custodian of branded materials and stationery
    • Client satisfaction surveys
    • Staff portrait photography and other photo shoots
    • Marketing and BD team administration This includes administering and co-ordinating a wide range of marketing activities to support the marketing and BD objectives of our six sector groups.

    Support for B2B Sector teams:

    • Events
    • Marketing collateral, including literature and presentations
    • Content and copywriting, including website pages, social media, blogs
    • Routine PR, including press releases to announce senior hires or to promote events
    • Submissions for legal directories
    • Awards submissions
    • Sponsorships
    • Marketing administration

    About You

    Skills & Experience:

    • Ideally you will have CIM qualification and/or a relevant degree
    • Previous experience of working in marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment
    • Knowledge of CRM, event planning, administration and branding principles
    • Social Media experience - particularly Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Good working knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint
    • Familiar with using Word Press or similar CMS
    • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a busy workload
    • Focused on delivering excellent client service
