  • About the Role

    In this position you will provide assistance to the Private Client teams by supporting the administration of an online portal and supporting Business Development activity in Bath and Swindon/Wiltshire, targeting prospective clients and referrers.


    This role involves attending evening (and possibly weekend) events.


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Production of literature and portal user guides / CX journey
    • Sourcing client case studies, content for PR, Ahead of the Curve magazine & monthly newsletters
    • Managing Private Client award entries
    • Managing the Private Client twitter account
    • Researching competitors Private Client propositions & pricing
    • Managing and attending Private Client events across offices
    • Updating and managing CRM client and referrer lists
    • Attending relevant Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire networking events
    • Attending regional office Business Development meetings and taking notes/action as necessary
    • Working closely with Private Client fee-earners
    • Collating Private Client Business Development stats and information on portal usage
    • Managing the Private Client Business Development sector budget
    • Acting as a Point-of-contact for any internal queries on our internal portal

    About You

    Skills & Experience:

    • You will have 2-3 years of experience working in Marketing & Business Development (professional services/estate agency/wealth management experience is highly desirable)
    • A good working knowledge of social media, other website and digital skills will be advantageous
    • Event management experience is desirable
    • You will have a good ability to network, will be outgoing, energetic and gregarious
    • Copywriting experience and experience of using Adobe and In Design are desirable
    • A great eye for detail
    • Able to travel and work remotely in all offices
    • You will hold a driving licence
