  • About the Role


    We are looking for a warm, friendly and professional individual to join us at Royds Withy King on a part time basis to welcome clients and visitors arriving at our office based in the centre of Oxford.


    Royds Withy King is a UK Top 100 law firm with robust commercial, private client, specialist personal injury and clinical negligence practices with offices in Bath, London, Oxford and Wiltshire.


    The hours of work will be Wednesday to  Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm . The aim of the role is to offer an excellent first impression of Royds Withy King to visitors when they arrive whilst ensuring the security of the office at all times.


    Responsibilities of the Role

    • Be the first point of contact for all visitors when they arrive at the offices
    • Greet clients, staff and visitors when visiting the premises
    • Let clients and visitors into the building after enquiring about their visit
    • Signposting and assisting clients and visitors to Reception as required
    • Ensuring the office is safe and secure for staff during working hours
    • Deliver exceptional client service at all times
    • Maintain security at main door during the day
    • Sign in and out all staff as they arrive and depart the office for fire safety regulations
    • Receiving and directing deliveries
    • Main key-holder
    • Supporting staff when loading or unloading files at the office
    • Greeting and signing in contractors 

    Hours of work will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm


    About You


    Skills & Experience:

    • You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role providing a meet and greet service / Front desk / Security / concierge service
    • Must be personable and friendly
    • Focused on delivering great client service
    • Ability to deal with difficult clients in an effective and professional manner
    • Must be flexible in your approach to work and where needed provide cover for holidays etc.

    • Effective Communicator- Clearly conveys information and ideas through the relevant media. Speaks in Plain English.
