Concierge

The role is a part-time job share - you will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome for all clients and visitors arriving at our Oxford office based right in the heart of the city. Offering an excellent first impression of the firm and helping and supporting clients seeking to use our services whilst ensuring the security of the office at all times.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Be the first point of contact for all visitors when they arrive at the offices- answer queries, give directions and ensure every client is supported during their visit
• Greet clients, staff and visitors when visiting the premises
• Let clients and visitors into the building after enquiring about their visit
• Signposting and assisting clients and visitors to Reception as required
• Ensuring the office is safe and secure for staff during working hours
• Deliver exceptional client service at all times
• Maintain security at main door during the day
• Sign in and out all staff as they arrive and depart the office for fire safety regulations
• Receiving and directing deliveries
• Main key-holder
• Supporting staff when loading or unloading files at the office
• Greeting and signing in contractors 

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 1pm - 5.30pm (22.5 hours per week)

Skills & Experience:

• You will have experience of working in a similar role providing a concierge service
• Ideally you will have experience of working as a Security Guard or Conceirge previously
• You must be able to work the required shift pattern of Monday - Friday 1pm to 5.30pm
• Must be personable and friendly
• Focused on delivering great client service
• Ability to deal with difficult clients in an effective and professional manner
• Must be flexible in your approach to work and where needed provide cover for holidays etc.
